my favorite place to be

My favorite place to be is home. I know that sounds like a lazy answer, but it's true. I love to be home with my family; watching movies, eating together, talking together, just hanging out, etc. Me being the introvert that I am, love to be in my comfort zone. I find energy in just being at home by myself for a bit or spending it with my family. I feel like I can really be free and myself when I'm at home. To me, home and house can have different meanings. A house is just like any material. A home is somewhere where you feel safe and there's love. If you don't feel that under your roof, that isn't a home. My home comes in first for where I would want to be.

My house is pretty big and I would say it's nice, but there's more value to it than what meets the eye. This house was given to my dad by my aunt and it was given to her by my grandparents. I moved here not very long ago, but this place holds many memories. I spent a lot of time her when my grandparents owned it. All of the family parties where held here. Me and my cousins would play here. My grandma used to take care of me and my siblings in this house and I really treasure those memories. I still continue making more memories and treasuring them in my heart. What is your favorite place to be?
